5.5x8.25 Butterfly Block Print

This lovely butterfly began as a sketch, which was transferred onto a rubber block, hand carved, and then inked and printed by hand. The color palette was carefully curated to enhance this composition.  The negative space is printed in a black archival ink, which pops on the handmade paper. The paper is a gorgeous texture, and is finished off with beautifully deckled edges. Due to the handprinted nature, each piece is an original. Slight variations may occur, adding to the charm of hand stamped pieces. Size: 5.5x8.25". Printed with black oil based, archival ink.
