100% Merino Wool. Originally sourced from Merino sheep in Geelong, Australia, only a tiny percentage of Merino is fine enough to be classified as Geelong Wool. Geelong boasts a fine softness and warmth that rivals cashmere for its sheer luxury. This fine merino wool is used for our fine knits jumpers. Luxuriously soft and warming. Our Geelong wool has 19.2 microns. This wool is purchased from a Scottish mill that has been spinning wool for over 200 years. This Geelong lambswool is a single yarn and produces lighter, more refined fabric.
